In California only, we offer fee-based pricing based on rental tiers. Not only is this an advantage to landlords, it is a convenient way to shop pricing in the Orange County market.
Tier 1: $3,500 - $4,999 = $375/mo.
Tier 2: $5,000 - $6,499 = $475/mo.
Tier 3: $6,500 - $7,999 = $595/mo.
Tier 4: $8,000 - $9,999 = $695/mo.
Tier 5: $10,000+ = 7% or $700+/mo.
