First, we are not like traditional property management.

Find out why we are the best referral for your client, in any market!

❋ 1. When you refer

When you send us a referral, you are connecting your client with a true steward to their property. We can keep you - the Realtor - at the center of that relationship, allowing you to represent your client for the lease.

If you do not handle leases, we have preferred agents ready to assist and protect your client relationship.

❋ 2. We keep you connected

You will always know how onboarding is going with your client. We will communicate after our initial call, and let you know when they sign with us!

❋ We pay you

You earn 10% of the first month’s rent for every door, uncapped!

❋ We refer them back

If your client ever wishes to sell their home or purchase more properties for investment purposes, we refer them right back to you!
